The Local Journalism Project, the non-profit affiliate of The Provincetown Independent
newspaper, provides financial support and training to aspiring reporters in their first two years in the field. Join us this Sunday for a talk by Janet Lesniak to learn how the Project is instilling the principles and practices of community reporting in the next generation of journalists. All are welcome.
Janet Lesniak is the past Executive Director of Wellfleet Preservation Hall and an artist in addition to her work with the Local Journalism Project. She also serves on the boards of Cape Wellness Collaborative and the Community Development.
